Claudia Soboh is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of AKILI Group, where she leads the firm’s overall operations, strategic direction, and management. She oversees origination, structuring, and asset management activities, bringing a disciplined and forward-thinking approach to the firm’s growing portfolio.
Claudia began her career in 2018 on the debt-financing team at Mortgage Alliance, specializing in the underwriting and origination of residential and commercial loans. With extensive experience arranging both debt and equity transactions, she has developed a strong reputation for her analytical rigor, deal-execution capabilities, and commitment to exceptional client service.
Claudia is also the co-Founder of Each One, Reach One, an initiative focused on mentorship and financial literacy for young people. In addition to her professional work, she contributes to her community as an advisory board member for WOCRC and is an active member of CREW Ottawa.
